Pokedex 3D Pro on Sale for Japan 3DS

If you have a Japanese 3DS, the Pokedex 3D Pro will be on sale for 20% off it’s usual price for a limited time to celebrate the anniversary of generation I games Red and Green original release. Starting February 27th and running through March 13 you can pick up the Pokedex 3D Pro for 1,200 yen on the 3DS, but if you would rather have the iOS version, that will also be on sale. For 85 yen you get the Unova Pokedex (usually 170 yen) and 350 yen for every additional region added (usually 500 yen).

We did celebrate Pokemon’s 10th anniversary in 2006, meaning universally everyone celebrates the anniversary of Pokemon based on the Japanese release date and not their own countries. So there is some hope that the rest of us could see a similar sale for the App, but as of now there has been no announcement outside of Japan.
