UPDATE #2 (1 PM): Three DeviantART users have posted a journal claiming to be the creators of the image.
UPDATE (4 AM): While this does look like a convincing picture at first glance, a comment in our source link says the Japanese is nonsense (A staple of false leaks), the page seems to lack any glare and has little to no crease. The in-game screenshots use backgrounds from two scenes in the original trailer, and in one you can even see a line on the tree where Pikachu’s tail has been edited out. And on top of all of that, it is way too early in the month for CoroCoro leaks, so we can say confidently that these are fake images. However, Pokemon Smash will be on later in the day so if anything new is announced we will share it with you right away.
These possible leaked Pokémon for Gen VI have not been confirmed by a reliable source; however, I could actually believe this. So, it may be true, or may not be. Hop inside for thoughts.
Could this be from an issue of CoroCoro or some other Japanese magazine? I have no clue, and am posting this just to speculate on it a little. These seem to look like legit Pokemon for the next Gen VI, do they not? They remind me of the standard bug type and bird type you’d be seeing a lot in the game, so this could be true.
What are your thoughts? Real or bogus?
